Our Leadership Team

TJ Hurckes

President

With over two decades of experience in the document management arena, TJ Hurckes is a seasoned professional dedicated to transforming how organizations handle their documentation processes. His career began at BHFX, a company with deep roots dating back to 1956 when it was founded by his grandfather. TJ’s expertise and innovative approach have been pivotal in the evolution of document management systems.

During his tenure, TJ served on the technology board for the RSA – Reprographic Service Association, showcasing his commitment to advancing industry standards. In 2007, he identified a significant gap in the market concerning unorganized closeout documents and client archives. This realization led to the launch of “Digital Revolution,” a pioneering side business focused on utilizing interactive hyperlinks to streamline closeout documentation.

By 2010, TJ had successfully developed and launched the first web-based version of SIMPLE Software by Digital Revolution, designed to organize and archive documents directly for clients and owners. This innovative solution was incorporated under the BHFX umbrella in 2014, enabling TJ to expand the client base to over 100 satisfied customers. His efforts have consistently transformed the closeout process to better meet client needs, continuously enhancing the software with new capabilities.

In 2024, TJ is taking a bold step forward with the launch of EasyArchive, a strategic move to distinguish the software component of BHFX from its printing services. With a clear vision for the future, TJ is poised to expand EasyArchive nationwide, offering a robust and efficient database solution.

Dave DeGrace

Production Manager

Dave DeGrace brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Production Manager at EasyArchive. His career in document management began in 1994 when he started and led the scanning department for CAD/CAM Tools, Inc., a prominent AutoCad reseller. In this role, he focused primarily on handling engineering drawings, laying the foundation for his future endeavors in the industry.

In 2002, Dave took a bold step by founding his own scanning services company, DCD Enterprises, Inc. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to providing top-notch scanning solutions quickly earned him a reputation for excellence. By 2008, Dave’s talents were recognized by BHFX, where he joined as a production manager for one of their reprographics shops.

Dave’s career took a significant turn in 2009 when he transitioned to the role of production manager for Digital Revolution, working alongside TJ Hurckes in the architectural arena. His innovative mindset and leadership were instrumental in spearheading the creation of the online version of Simple Archive Software in 2012.

In 2022, Dave began collaborating on the development of a new and improved version of the software, known as Easy Archive. As the project progressed, he took on the critical responsibility of overseeing the integration of new customers and maintaining the existing databases for over 100 clients.

In 2024, Dave continues to play a pivotal role at EasyArchive, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of its users and that the company’s operations run smoothly. His extensive experience and commitment to innovation make him an invaluable asset to the EasyArchive team.
